What the app stores

Bulk Variants by LocaleFlow stores only the data needed to preview, apply, audit, and support product variant bulk edits. This can include the shop domain, Shopify app sessions, app settings, billing state, job metadata, and previewed variant change records.

Store content

When a merchant creates a preview, selected product and variant fields may be read from Shopify so the app can calculate price or option value changes before applying them.

Secrets

Server secrets and provider keys are not shown publicly. Any optional provider keys added in future releases must be encrypted before storage and masked in the browser.

Customer personal data

The app does not intentionally store customer personal data. Shopify customer privacy webhooks are implemented so customer data requests and redaction requests can be handled if Shopify sends them.

Data deletion

When the app is uninstalled or Shopify sends a shop redaction request, shop-scoped app data is deleted, including sessions, settings, jobs, and preview records.
